Location is awesome, just steps from Rittenhouse Square. Parking was a hassle and cost $50 a night, which feels steep. Clean rooms, but ours had some maintenance issues like a broken fridge. Staff were generally friendly, but some were less helpful at the front desk.

Location is fantastic; close to Rittenhouse Square and nearby attractions. Had issues with the room's heating, making it noisy and uncomfortable at times.

Spacious rooms with a cool couch bed and a microwave made for a comfortable stay. The lobby felt inviting, and the staff was genuinely friendly, especially Stephen. Location is a highlight—just a short stroll to Rittenhouse Square's vibrant scene. watch out for the sneaky prices on snacks; $5 pretzels? Really? Housekeeping could improve; our soap wasn’t replaced. The electronic door cards were frustrating, often failing. Parking was pricey too. Despite some hiccups, there’s a solid foundation here, especially for group stays, but some details need attention.

The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making our visit enjoyable. The spacious, well-decorated room offered comfort and convenience. Plus, its prime location near popular attractions and easy parking made our stay even better. Highly recommend for travelers!

The lobby and corridors are inviting, a bright spot in an otherwise mixed experience. Staff members are warm and attentive, particularly those in the parking garage. My luggage was handled with care, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful. dining here carries an unwelcome surprise—$5 for pretzels? Breakfast is overpriced at $18 for a smoothie and coffee. Room cleanliness is commendable, yet furnishings are dated, with safety issues in the bathroom. Confusion over bed arrangements led to discomfort for my family. While the location is excellent, the room quality doesn’t align with a four-star rating. Attention to housekeeping and maintenance is essential for improvement.

Stayed at a classic hotel near a beautiful square & was awed by the charming lobby & spacious, quiet rooms. Location was top-notch for exploring the city, and the friendly staff, like McKinley, made the stay exceptional with their helpful service. Room amenities were modern, including a desk area & comfortable bed.
Despite the pleasant aspects, there were some cleanliness concerns with stained linens and malfunctioning lights, impacting the overall comfort. Additionally, breakfast options were limited and overpriced, affecting the dining experience on-site.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the room had paper-thin windows, leading to noise disturbances from the street and alley. Temperature control was easy to adjust, keeping the room cozy. Unfortunately, small garbage from previous guests was left behind, showing a lapse in housekeeping. The towels felt rough, lacking that luxury touch expected from a higher-end hotel. While we enjoyed the lovely decor, the room layout was a bit cramped, and the view didn’t justify the extra fee. some room features were commendable, yet others could use improvement.

We booked a king suite for three, expecting a pull-out sofa or similar for our teen, but it was just one bed. She ended up on her sister's couch—super cramped!

The staff are gem s, always happy to help with a smile. The decor has a nice boutique feel, making me feel fancy without the crowds.
However, the air conditioning was so loud, it turned my room into a pop-up plane!

Great location near parks and restaurants! The staff helped us with an extra bed for our kids, which made our stay much easier.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but it worked for us.

From chilling at the Liberty Bell to getting our cheesesteak fix at Pat's and Geno's, it was lit! The hotel's central location made it easy to hit up all the hotspots in town.
We wished there was a rooftop bar at the hotel for some late-night vibes and panoramic city views.

I felt like a star having a fancy event in the historic Grand Ballroom. The cocktails were exquisite, and the bed was comfier than a cloud. Loved the vibes and the music students - quite the entertainment!
Missing bathrobes? Who needs those, right?

First off, the ironing facilities were pretty handy, it's always nice to have wrinkle-free clothes! the air conditioning was a bit finicky. It took a while to cool the room down properly, which was a little frustrating after a long day out. On a brighter note, I really appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. It's the small things that make a difference, right? But on the downside, there was no mini-bar in the room, which would have been a nice touch. A major plus was the turndown service, coming back to a nicely made bed is always a treat. As for the in-room safe, it provided a sense of security for my belongings, so that was good. Now, on to the areas that need improvement. The in-room desk was a bit outdated and too small to comfortably work on. the hair dryer provided in the room was not very effective, it took forever to dry my hair properly. Moving on, the lack of a bathrobe was disappointing, as it's something I usually look forward to during hotel stays. And don't even get me started on the AM/FM alarm clock, it was more of a hassle to set than waking up naturally! the voice mail system seemed outdated and was a bit confusing to use. Plus, the wake-up service was unreliable, I nearly missed an appointment because it didn't go off on time. Lastly, the paid valet parking situation was a bit steep in my opinion. I mean, $59 for valet? That's quite a lot, especially considering the other issues I encountered during my stay. while there were some positives like the ironing facilities and tea/coffee setup, the issues with air conditioning, hair dryer, and various other amenities left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. Hopefully, these details give you a clearer picture of my experience at The Warwick.

Had a fab time during my city break! The entrance decor was stunning, and the staff in the parking garage were super friendly and attentive. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located close to a popular hall. The view from my room on the sixth floor was simply delightful, with lovely surroundings and many nearby dining options. Maintenance was always on point and accommodating.
I had to keep asking about amenities like a $30 credit that I could have used for room service or snacks – wish they had informed me earlier.

Our family had a blast exploring the city thanks to the prime location near lively restaurants and iconic sights. The spacious suite comfortably accommodated our large family with plenty of natural light and top, notch amenities.
My children wanted a larger variety of kid, friendly meal options at the on, site restaurant.

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a comfortable couch bed, perfect for business travelers like us. We were impressed by the added convenience of having a microwave in the room, as well as access to a self-laundry room. The lobby was beautifully designed, and the staff, especially Stephen, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near Rittenhouse Square meant we had an abundance of restaurants and shops to explore.
Our first night was disrupted by a false fire alarm, causing us to evacuate in the middle of the night. Additionally, there was a shortage of housekeeping staff the following day, resulting in no clean towels.
